Chapter Notes

Brenda Fingold publishes article on mindfulness in Trial magazine. The New England Chapter is happy to direct members to Jon Kabat-Zinn's daily virtual sitting at 2 pm EST (offered through Wisdom 2.0), and the daily mindfulness programs at the Mindful Center of Brown University School of Public Health.


The New England Chapter of MILS will further MILS' mission by bringing together and providing resources and opportunities for learning and collaboration among those in our region.The chairs are Laurie Cappello of Mintz Levin in Boston and Brenda Fingold of the Mindfulness Center at Brown University School of Public Health.  You can reach Laurie here, and Brenda here.

The next MILS New England Chapter meeting will be held via Zoom on Tuesday, August 11, 2020 from 8:30 a.m. ET – 9:30 a.m. ET. Zoom details will be provided those who Register. Heidi Alexander, Director, MA SJC Standing Committee on Lawyer Well-Being , will provide an update on the Committee’s progress to implement recommendations from its 2019 Steering Committee Report, and discuss particular recommendations as they apply to MILS members.
