The New England Chapter is happy to direct members to Jon Kabat-Zinn's daily virtual sitting at 2 pm EST (offered through Wisdom 2.0), and the daily mindfulness programs at the Mindful Center of Brown University School of Public Health.

The New England Chapter of MILS will further MILS' mission by bringing together and providing resources and opportunities for learning and collaboration among those in our region. The chairs are Laurie Cappello of Mintz Levin in Boston and Brenda Fingold of the Mindfulness Center at Brown University School of Public Health.  You can reach Laurie here, and Brenda here.

The next MILS New England Chapter meeting will be held via Zoom on Tuesday, June 2, 2020 from 9:30 a.m. ET – 10:15 a.m. ET. Zoom details will be provided shortly to those who RSVP. We’re excited to share that we will be joined by members of other local MILS Chapters (Alabama, Indianapolis, Maryland/DC, Tennessee, and Southern Ontario, Canada). We thought it would be a nice opportunity to connect with other MILS Chapters to discuss what we are doing in our local chapters, learn how/if we each supported ABA Well-Being Week, and share mindfulness practice opportunities. To register for this meeting, please email Laurie Cappello at
