This Retreat honors recommendations from the report of the American Bar
Association National Task Force on Lawyer Well-Being by teaching practices and
strategies to enhance wellness, heighten self-awareness and strengthen resilience.
The curriculum includes research and concepts from neuroscience, psychology,
medicine, and ancient yogic literature. The teaching strategies include experiential
exercises, journaling, meditation and other application of the material for retention
12.5 hours dual CLE credit (pending)
Included in registration: 3 delicious organic vegetarian meals daily.
Facilitators: Retired Judge Steve Hornsby and attorney/yoga teacher Cindy Pensoneau co-facilitate this Spring retreat which provides community, connection and intentional practices to enhance personal wellness and professional satisfaction at the simple, rustic retreat center located on 400 acres, 2 hours from Nashville and 3 hours from Memphis.
