Mondays

Mindful Mondays is a half-hour “virtual sit” hosted by MILS at 3 pm. Eastern, except on federal holidays.

Format: 20 minutes guided meditation, with five minutes of gathering time at the beginning and 5 minutes for questions and comments at the end.

Tuesdays

MILS partners with the Mindfulness Center at the Brown University School of Public Health to offer Tuesday Mindful Pauses from 11:45 a.m. – 12:00 noon Eastern.  Free and open to the public at large.

Wednesdays

MILS partners with the Mindfulness Center at Brown University School of Public Health to offer weekly Mindfulness Practices from 12:15 p.m. – 1:00 p.m. (EDT). Format: Longer practice and some discussion. Free and open to the public.
